From the security team, bell men, r housekeeping,concierge and our ever favorite coffee shop…Kudos to an exemplary service all the time. This is our second time staying all the way from Vancouver. I will be back for sure. Hopefully they can maintain with the cleanliness and condition of every rooms mostly the washroom. Please source out much softer bathroom tissue. "The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and would like to try different rooms. the swimming was nice and clean. everything almost perfect. they just need to add a restaurant since most restaurant are far away from the hotel. or you would have to bring your own then the employee would charge your for bringing foods or drinks because they say the sell them on site. "
