The staff at this hotel were excellent. The manager, Joseph was very helpful and professional. He even took me to a clinic when I had a medical issue and waited for 2 hours while I was assessed. Nice rooms, excellent meals, and a lovely pool.

As part of our honeymoon, we spent one night at the hotel. The staff had prepared a lovely romantic decoration in our room, which was a wonderful surprise. Communication with the hotel was excellent — they responded quickly to our emails and even offered transport from the airport at a very reasonable rate. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, so we didn’t get to use many of the hotel facilities. The restaurant food was very nice, and we really appreciated that the hotel called us during our trip to ask if we wanted to pre-order dinner for our arrival — such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, a short but very pleasant stay.

Good budget hotel

Nice hotel, with a decent size room and a good enclosed balcony. Good shower, but it is a wet room, so everything got wet when you used it. The staff is very nice. There is a restaurant with good food at fair prices. You can see Kilimanjaro here on a clear day.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Am Stadtrand gelegenes Hotel mit persönlicher Note. Äußerst behilflicher Chef Joseph und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einfache Zimmer aber mit allem was man braucht. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Gute Küche. Flughafentransfer und Transfer in die Stadt funktionieren. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Great value stay

We stayed at Mrimba before and after our safari trip. The hotel Is located 15mins drive from Aursha city centre. It offers clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast includes. The staff is wonderful and they make everything possible to accomodate needs and wishes. Overall, great value stay in Arusha, would definitely stay again!

町から離れているので、周辺には観光客用の飲食店はないが、ホテルにレストランやバーが併設されているので、不便はなかった。 ホテルのレストランは低価格で味も良かった。 部屋は質素だが、シャワーはお湯が出るし、清潔に保たれていた。 支配人のジョセフを始め、スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、素晴らしかった。 空港への送迎や町への送迎も引き受けてくれて、ホテル滞在はとても満足のいくものだった。

Délogé à 23h avec une réservation prépayé

Mon mari et moi avons été renvoyés dans un Njiro Climax Resort après avoir fait le check-in à 23h00 sans aucune excuse ni explication. Joseph, le réceptionniste a dit que nous sommes arrivés trop tard et en conséquence notre nouvelle chambre était à l’extérieur de l’hôtel et il viendrait nous chercher à 7h pour prendre le petit déjeuner à hôtel initial. La chambre où on a passé la nuit était très sombre et très bruyante car au rez-chaussée. La seule fenêtre qu’on pouvait ouvrir était en face d’un mur (à 50 cm), derrière laquelle se trouvait un chantier qui a terminé les travaux vers 2-3 heures du matin. La lumière dans la douche/toilette ne fonctionnait pas et on nous a demandé d’utiliser “notre torche“ (prévue pour le safari) à minuit pour prendre la douche car ils n’ont pas pu réparer. Le lendemain, Joseph est venu nous chercher à 7h15. J’ai vu le réceptionniste lui parler en swahili (de notre insatisfaction, j’imagine). Pendant tout le trajet vers hôtel Marimba Palm et le petit déjeuner, il ne nous a pas adressé la parole. Jusqu’au moment où je suis partie aux toilettes, il venu voir mon mari en lui expliquant que la clé de notre chambre avait été donnée par erreur à un groupe de touristes américains lors qu’il était sorti faire ses courses. ll ne s’est aperçu de cette erreur que vers 22:00 et il était trop tard pour déloger l’autre personne. Au lieu d’être honnête avec nous à notre arrivée, il a préféré masquer ses erreurs : aucun respect vis-à-vis de ses clients.
