"The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. "

"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service.
