"This property was recently purchased by Best Western and although the rooms and service are the same as before, the room rate increased significantly. BW offers a few good promotions, but they are void when you book through Expedia."

"Made reservations and read reviews. The reviews weren’t that good but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Boy were we wrong. Even one star was too good for what we went through. Paid extra to make sure we had a guaranteed room. We got the room but with broken furniture and old metal screws and staples poking out of the broken items. Asked about another room and was told that was the only one available. Asked for a refund and The man’s words were “it’s a room just stay in there.” We said went just needed a refund and he said let me see if I have something else. Said no we were already aggravated and extremely frustrated. After at least 2 hours we were finally finished. From beginning to the time we left. We went to stay at Best Western. Now that was a very nice hotel. Sorry didn’t get any pictures of the furniture because I figured they would just give us another room right away. "
