I did not care for the new kiosk check in process. The representative’s voice was at times distorted and hard to understand. I prefer talking to the real person.

Overall was a good experience. It’s literally downtown so if you are looking for a quiet spot might not be the one. We stayed during the 25 World Series weekend

Gisela at the front desk is amazing!!! Fred, the valet, was so nice! We were there in May and absolutely loved it. So of course, we had to come back. We had another Hollywood Sign View Room, this one even better than the last room (which also had view of Hollywood Sign). The bathroom was enormous. For fans of Old Hollywood, this is the place to be. Only issue we had was connecting to WiFi, think it was due to location of room. Hotel is 3 exits from Universal Studios and one from Warner Brothers Studios. Check it out, you won’t be sorry!!
