"Breakfasts excellent. Handicap bathroom was a disaster. Shower drain/water wand/shower curtain all installed improperly. Large bathroom floor flooded! Huge mess. We were moved the next day but were told they knew there was a problem and they still put us in there! Second room was fine. Beautifully decorated hotel but don’t stay in handicap room!!!!!"

"I cannot speak to the amenities since we basically used the resort as a place to crash after a busy day hiking or going out about the town but the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Only reason why it isn’t a 5 star recommendation is that the room (studio) was a little more cramped than the picture let on. We usually get a single bed room when traveling without kids and don’t usually feel as cramped as we did this time. Property and room were clean, staff helpful and parking was easy. I’d recommend this resort if you want to spend more money, to upgrade the room."
