The room was fantastic - great use of space, imaginative details, high quality materials and plenty of light. The bed was extremely comfortable - really thick mattress and good quality bed linen. It was also unbelievably quiet (we were at the back, looking onto a side street) given its central location. The buffet was pretty good (I would only suggest that they either upgrade the coffee machines or, even better, have someone preparing fresh coffees). I'd read the comments about the swimming pool and I think they've made a mistake labelling it as such because they will always attract negative comments. As it is, it's a really lovely space with views of the rooftops and a nice jacuzzi to relax in (very refreshing in hot temperatures). Anyway, we were really pleased with the overall experience and enjoyed the neon-lit bathroom experience!

WiFi was not working on my floor (7th floor) and they way they handled it was very unprofessional and unacceptable. It was very important for me to connect to the WiFi as I have to work overnight to submit my work. The female receptionist did not give any solutions and just said the guy tried to fixed and he was not able to do so!

Incredibly nice rooms, modern, clean and well made. Showers are excellent, beds are very comfortable. The front desk colleagues were very friendly and helpful. The small pool and patio on top of the hotel is a nice feature. Great continental breakfast.

Modern, nice hotel

Very nice clean hotel with fabulous restaurant and bar. No drawer at bedside but table with area for stuff. Bed comfortable. Has a little refrigerator and water every day. We stayed in the back area as we wanted a quiet room. It was very quiet.

Room balcony feature was good but in a claustrophobic ambiance with tall surrounding buildings close by - restaurant deservedly gains praise f.or high-quality menu - the rooftop facilities make the most of it's jacuzzi ( not a 'swimming pool' as sometimes referenced ) and small bar-area

It was clean, very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The entertainment system was amazing. The service was absolutely great, very nice reception and kitchen staff. Breakfast was also delicious. Location was perfect as well.

Entrada y Salida con Mal Pie

Una mala experiencia, entramos que no tenían nuestra reserva, tuvimos que dormir en un plegatín y una cama, por mucha suite que nos dieron. Y... llegamos al desayuno de mal en peor, en un espacio no muy grande, pero que podía estar bien si todas las mesas no hubieran estado con los servicios sucios y sin retirar, donde el bufet estaba sin reponer y donde no apareció nadie en ningún momento. Finalmente localizamos un camarero al que le solicitamos un poco de bacon, dijo si señor desapareció y no le vimos más. Hubiéramos salido más contentos diciéndonos que no había servicio de desayuno y que nos fuéramos al Bar de más arriba. "Esto es un hotel de 4*"

A Little Gem

The Hotel is a boutique hotel in the group of the Petit Grans Hotel Collection and we were very impressed. From the outside one would not realise how modern and comfortable this Hotel is. Our room was large, modern, comfortable and all facilities were excellent. Lunch and dinner in their restaurant- El Mot, was delicious. The staff were very friendly, and informative and their service was excellent. Parking is a little difficult as there isn’t a parking garage, but we were lucky to get a street parking spot directly outside the Hotel. Street parking is free between 1 and 5 pm and after 8 pm. Other times the parking is only a few Euro. There is a City parking garage about 200 metres away. I would certainly recommend this Hotel and would definitely stay again.
