"AC worked well.parking was well lit. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was polite. "

"Room wasn’t very clean. Sheets were stained. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Towels were dirty."

"This hotel has substantially lowered itself within the past year and has reached a new low. I usually make it a point to not be negative but it is certainly time to schedule future visits to Ruston with another hotel in town. This used to be a nice hotel, roughly a year ago."

"Nicest Holiday Inn Express that we have stayed.The breakfast had a large selection with fabulous cinnamon rolls. We would definitely stay at this location again. Close to I-20."

"This property was probablu one of the oldest (if not the oldest) or the moat out of date property I've ever stayed at. The furniture in the rooms looked very aged and the lamps and other items showed rust and other out dated items. Everything was dusty, smelled old and just awful. The beds were suppose to be Queen sized beds and they were TINY!!! This was thee most disappointing stay ever."

"The room was very wheelchair friendly. The shower was accessible and even the shower had a shower chair. It was a great place for a stop over and reasonably priced. There a few places in town to eat but if you want some different foods you will have to do some travel to other towns. Will make it a stop over when traveling again."
