Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area. Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss. For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel.

O quarto é bem confortável e equipe é bem educada e solicita. Quando fomos o elevador não estava funcionando, mas as escadas eram tranquilas para quem não precisava de acessibilidade.

A climatização do quarto era satisfatória, mas a limpeza ficou um pouco a desejar, o estacionamento apertado dependente de funcionário manobrista que parecia não ter atenção quase causando um acidente com um carro de cliente, fiquei atônito ao vê-lo dar ré na avenida com a porta traseira de um Eco sport com a tampa da mala aberta, quase causando um acidente de grande monta, se eu não tivesse corrido para fechar a porta, não sei o que teria acontecido.

Equipe da recepção muito solícita e simpatica. Fiquei em um quarto que fica de frente para uma grande avenida e a acústica era ruim. Achei as toalhas com aspecto de encardidas, trabsmitindo uma sensação de sujeira.

Cheguei no hotel tarde da noite fui tomar banho e não tinha toalha. Me colocaram em um quarto nos fundos do hotel onde não havia sinal de internet e televisão. O café da manhã cobrado a parte em 40,00 reais e só comi um pão e um xícara de café.

Confesso que fiquei muito decepcionada com o hotel,pelas fotos e propaganda parecia ser um hotel maravilhoso. Porém a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, pia do banheiro não podia deixar aberta nem para lavar o rosto que começa vazar pelo armário, a parede da suite toda infiltrada, ( mandei mensagem e falei sobre problemas respiratórios e alergias) a garagem é um grande problema muito apertada e temos que passar entre os carros e deixar as chaves na recepção e como se tudo isso não bastasse tem um esgoto muito fedorento na lateral da garagem. Triste ☹️☹️

Deixou muito a desejar, o elevador do hotel estava sem funcionar, o rooftop não funcionava, área de banho do banheiro minúscula, se negaram a conceder mais uma chave do quarto. Experiência péssima, não recomendo.

Quarto muito pequeno e com cheiro de mofo. Prédio ao lado de um lote vazio e com mato alto, propiciando muitos mosquitos no quarto. Banheiro com boxe pequeno e de frande dificuldade para se movimentar dentro dele. Estacionamento extremamente pequeno e com poucas vagas. Grande risco de acidentes durante a manobra.
