I had to call the hotel to confirm that our room had a hideaway sofa. Not only did the young woman at the front desk make sure we had the sofa, but she remember the call and mentioned it at check-in to confirm that she had us in a great room. I rarely see this level of personal customer experience. Excellent personal service!

The place is beautiful. We've stayed here before. This time sadly, we had to ask for cookies, the hot tub wasn't working and we were a tad sad to see amenities like breakfast at such a high cost. However, the hotel has clean nice rooms and we love the location.

I had never stayed at this hotel before and was pleased. Nice staff, clean, great breakfast with friendly staff even though I was wearing a uniform of the team playing the Packers. No problem whatsoever and I will return to this hotel without question if I return to the area (hope to!).
