Amazing service

Amazing service from the family that served us at the hotel , it was raining and the owner gave me a lift in his car to where I had to go

Fridge did not work. Fan in the room did not work. Why have appliances in a room that are broken?? Very dated Shower cubicle door is broken. Poor place to stay. Nice area, very bad Hotel

Personalien war freundlich. Aber im Zimmer war so warm meine Kinder und ich könnten wir nicht schlafen . Vor Ort mussten wir noch mal eine Zimmer extra mitten. Haben auch obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben müssten wir extra 60 oder so für Frühstück bezahlen. Der Reine katastrophal

The accommodation was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast and service were also fine. A lot of noise from the main road and the railway crossing.

We verbleven er na een show in het Studio 100 Pop-up theater in Puur-Sint-Amands. Mooie en ideale locatie, vriendelijk personeel en vlot in- en uitgecheckt. Enkele lichten in onze kamer werkten niet, 's nachts sloeg de thermostaat heel luid aan. Het ontbijtbuffet vonden we wat aan de dure kant (15€/p.p.) voor wat er te kiezen was. Verder hebben we wel een goed verblijf gehad.

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. De zoon is ook zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Leuk terras. Schoon hotel. We komen daar zeker terug. L

Sehr bemühte Inhaber, hervorragender Service und wirklich gute Küche, hätten wir hier nicht erwartet. Einziger Schwachpunkt sind die regelmäßigen regionalen Züge, die 2o Meter entfernt vorbei fahren. Das merkt man aber nur beim Essen auf der Terrasse. Im Zimmer war davon nichts zu hören. Aufgrund der hohen Außentemperaturen muss man Nachts Fenster und Terassentür öffnen. Es gibt allerdings kein Mückengitter am Fenster.
