Para empezar, primero te cobraban un valor que no era el que habías cotizado por hotels.com segundo te ofrecen estacionamiento PERO no te dicen que es sujeto a disponibilidad, por lo que a la hora que llegué supuestamente no había disponibilidad, el desayuno es bajo, podría ser mejor, y la atención no es buena.. Hotel con desperfectos

Cuando llegue a las 11 de lo noche, me indicaron que había una inundación en tercer piso , y que me derivaban a Diego de Almagro del centro Pues al llegar al del centro , me encontré con barrio peligroso, lleno de bares y cocinerias, etc Les informé que no me quedaría por divhe motivo y busque otra alternativa. Entiendo que me debieran haber enviado a un hotel igual onde mejor categoría y no lo que hicieron

bon hotel, excellente literie et bon petit dejeuner. En front de mer.Un peu cher pour le quartier. Gros bemol: l eau n est pas potable et il n y avait aucune fontaine a eau. La moquette dans la chambre etait tres usagee.

No estamos muy contentos con este hotel Diego de Almagro Antofagasta Costanera, porque la otra vez, el 17 de marzo 2018, nos cobró un "no show" y eso que expusimos todas las razones físicas y técnicas, para no poder llegar esa noche, e igual le cobraron el "no show", a mi mujer Patricia Martinez Kalvis...

La tarifa fue muy cara para el servicio recibido, los impuestos no estaban incluidos en la tarifa acordada con ustedes y me los cobraron aparte. El recepcionista sabía que si rechazaba la pieza igual tendría que pagar un día porla reserva. El aire acondicionado muy antiguo y ruidoso. El amoblado de dormitorio también anticuado. No tuve una experiencia agradable en mi estadía.

Una sugerencia: A pesar que soy fumadora, igual podrían instalar un sistema de extracción de aire en esas habitaciones o en los baños, ya que el olor a cigarro se concentra demasiado y no siempre se pueden abrir las ventanas.
