"Stay here regularly. We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. Great hotel, but I would choose the basic room in future as the upgraded...

"The room was very clean and tidy with everything I needed; wardrobe and drawer space, tea and coffee facilities, plenty of clean towels and toiletries, hairdryer, fan, and TV. The shower room was large and very clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. There were plenty options for breakfast including cooked (chosen the night before on a breakfast menu in the room), and continental fruits, yoghurts, cereal, juice etc. with tea/coffee and toast on demand. "We checked in late & were made to feel inconvenient, the kitchen closed long before we arrived which wasn’t the best welcome after long travel. We also left a laptop charger & staff were not very solution orientated and didn’t help us find a way to retrieve the forgotten item."
