最高の時間を過ごせました。 全てにおいて大満足です。 スタッフ全員が笑顔で対応。気配りや配慮に誠実さが伺えます。英語があまり話せない私とは携帯の翻訳アプリを通じてコミュニケーションを取ってくださりました。色々とやり取りがありましたが、何ら困る事はありませんでした。 レンタルバイク屋とトラブル (相手の勘違い) がありましたが、私に代わって解決してくれました。その時の心遣いに感謝。 食事は美味しく、設備、清潔感も最高です。 入口でのセキュリティもしっかりしていて、スタッフもたくさん居るので安心感があります。 思い出に残る素晴らしい４日間でした。また行きたいと思います。 皆様ありがとうございました。

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Westin, Anjuna, Goa and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff at Westin - Ms. Raksha (duty manager) went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized assistance throughout my stay, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Speaking of exploration, the location of Weatin was ideal. Situated in the heart of Anjuna, it offered easy access to all the major Clubs like Romeo lane, Bo tai, Eva cafe, Mayan, Titlie, Dubki, Ivoryy. I highly recommend Westin Goa to anyone seeking an unforgettable and five-star getaway. I cannot wait to return and create more cherished memories in the future. Unhelpful Staff and Disappointing Amenities
My recent stay at The Westin, Goa was an absolute disaster. The hotel staff, specifically Gaurang and Radhika from the reservations department, were incredibly unhelpful and made my stay a complete nightmare. From the beginning of my stay, I encountered problems with my reservations. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate my needs and preferences to Gaurang and Radhika, they failed to accommodate my requests, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. When I tried to speak with Gaurang and Radhika about my issues, they were dismissive and condescending, showing no concern for my comfort or well-being. Their poor communication skills and lack of professionalism made it impossible to resolve any of my issues, leaving me with a terrible impression of the hotel and its staff. In addition to the unhelpful and unprofessional staff, the room was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was moldy, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. I felt as though my concerns were ignored and my needs were not taken seriously. The hotel amenities were also a disappointment. The pool was small and unclean, and the gym was poorly equipped. The food was mediocre, and the prices were exorbitant. Overall, my stay at The Westin, Goa was a complete disaster, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff, particularly Gaurang and Radhika, were unhelpful and unprofessional, and the hotel amenities were disappointing. Save yourself the hass

Worst Hotel Experience Ever: The Westin Goa
I had an absolutely horrendous experience at The Westin Goa. I would strongly advise against staying here. The staff were rude and unhelpful, showing zero interest in making our stay enjoyable. The room was dirty and smelled terrible. The air conditioning was broken, making the room unbearably hot and stuffy. The food was overpriced and tasted terrible, and the service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. To top it off, there were loud parties going on late into the night, making it impossible to get any rest. All in all, The Westin Goa is a terrible hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Amazing place for a family vacation
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the view was amazing. The breakfast spread was extensive mainly for the vegetarian/vegan crowd. We were here to celebrate a special occasion and were glad that we stayed here. During our dinner at the "Thyme and Ash" restaurant, the staff gave us personal attention and ensured that we had a wonderful time. The chef came to our table multiple times to ensure the the food was to our liking. Their wood fired sour dough Pizzas are a must try dish. Special thanks to the restaurant manager and all the staff at Thyme and Ash. That being said we did feel that, their breakfast spread could do with a few more non vegetarian options. And personally I felt that the swimming pool was not as large and would start to feel a bit crowded if there were 7 or 8 people in it. On the whole as a family we had a fantastic time staying at The Westin Goa and were already planing on returning back here soon on our way back.

Very nice property with super friendly staff. We had really good time here. Breakfast buffet was awesome. We had good food at the "market" restaurant. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel entrance. We used their services several times. They were not the cheapest but very convenient, professional and friendly. Couple of minor issues: There was a confusion about the "free airport shuttle" that we had paid for. 1. For the pickup from the airport, there are only 2 pickups per day. Our flight landed slightly after the pick up time. There was no flexibility with the pick-up time. So we had to make our own arrangements. 2. While checking in, we were told that we did not have "free airport shuttle" included with our stay. We had to go back-and-forth several times to prove that we indeed had that included. Even then, I was not sure until the day of the departure. Their responses were vague. But ultimately they provided a nice car with a driver. So, it worked out fine in the end. Just wish we did not have to jump through the hoops. We did not appreciate the loud music playing constantly in the common areas. Wished they would tone it down a notch.

Stay was impeccable. New hotel, very clean and well maintained but the standout is the service and staff. Each and every person goes above and beyond to make you fell hospitable. Good food as well. Easter Sunday brunch was extensive and tasty.

Finally a luxury hotel in Anjuna
Westin is a new hotel in Anjuna where there are very less luxury hotels. It is clean and has all amenities of a good 5 star hotel however it cannot be called a resort and is not spread over a large area. It gives easy access to party places but the beach is 8 to 10 minutes away. The pool bar is a hood plave to hang out in the evening and gives you Bali vibes in Goa.

Good nice and clean hotel...excellent staff...Bhagyashree in Anjuna coffee and Adnan in Market place went out of their way to serve us

Beyond amazing!
Amaaaazing hotel - very Thai style common area.. relaxing vibe.. stunning view from room.. super super clean and comfortable.. fabulous food.. and beyond helpful and super super hospitable staff.. will come back many times again! Was an actual 5 star experience.. very glad we stayed here.. had a few bad experiences of other hotels during the trip but ending the stay here changed the entire feeling!

Impeccable service and staff and new property. This is such a beautifully designed property. I loved their restaurant ‘The Market’, the rooms are sparkling clean. It’s always such an extraordinary pleasure to stay at a new property. The location is SUPER and I really like Anjuna in North Goa more than Candolim or Calangute. Everything about the Westin Goa is perfect and I had an amazing experience. The head of housekeeping (Shubham) personally oversees the cleaning of the room. Dhanashree Prabhu at the front desk is exceptional. She made our stay more memorable. Chef Rajeev pays attention and cares about what you eat. I have extended my stay here because of the staff and can’t recommend this property enough.
