"The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy and lots of lovely pillows. Good bathroom only small but perfectly fine. If this was a compact room it wasn't that small really and a huge TV. My only complaint would be the lift could not be used for customers. Luckily I only had a small case otherwise I would have struggled. The pool itself was lovely and warm. But the changing rooms really need updating. Quite smelly and dirty. Overall quite good value with the use of the pool. And the park and ride...

"This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm."

"Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "

"The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. All round a superb venue that I will definitely use again."
