"Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no safety deposit box in the room and they did not provide hand towels. But this was fixed by asking for an extra towel at the front desk which we used for the duration of our stay. There was also only one pillow per person."

"This was the perfect hotel for my one night stay in Lyon. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was convenient, near many good bouchons and an easy walk to all the main tourist sites. The room itself was comfortable, cool, and quiet despite facing the road. I would stay again."
