"For the cost this was a perfect place to stay after my cruise. The bed was more comfortable than the one on the ship! Staff was friendly and the shuttle got me everywhere I needed to go! I would stay again."

"The hotel is conveniently located, and the building itself looks very nice. However, as soon as you enter the property, you notice a clear lack of housekeeping. The carpets looked dirty. Once inside my room, which had two beds, one bed looked pristine, while the other looked messy, as if someone had already been lying on it. The coffee machine in the room did not work. I called the staff, and they offered to replace it, but I am still waiting for the replacement. In the restroom, I also noticed that the caps on the shampoo, soap, and other bottles were broken. It is a shame because the hotel has very nice accommodations, but the housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service are very poor."

"Staff very helpful, especially the young driver taking us back to the airport. We needed to connect to the bus for the Princess Cruise Line for transport to the Captain Cook Hotel. He checked with another bus driver to inquire if that was our bus. He went far and above his designated job. Greatly appreciated! "
