Good Location + Lift
The hotel is located just right in the city centre where you will find lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. However, compare to the price, we don't think this is the best hotel that worth what we paid for. First of all, when we first stepped into the hotel, there was such an unwelcome scent which we later realized it was the hotel signature scent (which was very strong and we couldnt afford to smell it). Second, the lack of communication between staff also annoyed us very much. If you have some special request, never e-mail them as they will never checked so I had to call them concerning my important shipment that was scheduled to be delivered at the hotel by my arrival but still, I got the email from DHL telling me that the staff rejected my shipment as they had no idea this shipment was for me. Thus I needed to repeat it for the 3rd time with the night shift and went down to check with the morning shift again if they knew all about it and STILL!!! the lady at the reception had no clue there's gonna be my shipment to be delivered! so I had to repeat it for the 4th time! Third, "the breaky" it is just ok but compare to other hotel I'd been around Europe, I would say the quality and quantity served is a bit below the standard compare to the price we've paid for. Finally, the guy at the reception counter just made us feel we went there just to bother him ( but we really love all the staffs at the restaurant)
