"Everything stood out absolutely fantastic"

"Situated at a nice and peaceful area in Sekondi, the lodge has a great compound and a nice environment. The restaurant serves good food, although waiting times were quite long (we were informed everything is prepared freshly). I was looking forward to the sea view, but unfortunately the beach front was a little underwhelming. Regardless, I still liked my stay. Internet connectivity in rooms was horrible, and I wasn't able to connect to the WiFi throughout my stay. Although there is some connectivity when sitting outside. The check-in process was not as smooth, as we had to wait at the reception for about 10 minutes and had the staff checking our reservation. You would expect staff to be aware of all check-ins for the day to make the process as smooth as possible when visitors arrive.The rooms were neat and had clean running water, although my only concerns were with the lighting. Not all lights in the room and the bathroom worked. And lastly, if you're not driving, you may want to have the contact of a taxi driver who would be able to come fetch you if you wanted to head into town, as public transport rarely came to that side and Uber is nonexistent."

"Lemon beach is a must do destination if you are going to cape coast. We had an amazing weekend. The staff are all wonderful— we had special and excellent service from Prince; we were grateful for George our driver and his team for arranging travel. While the beach right in front of lemon beach is not for swimming you can take a walk down the path and take a dip. We woke up to birds and ocean sounds and an incredible compound with a pool; gardens, great food and bar and Saturday evening cultural event with dancing and drumming from neighboring young people. We hope to return if we ever get back to Ghana. 🇬🇭 "

"The outside of the hotel looks beautiful and the location and gate makes it feel secure. People were helpful and responsive. Our WiFi went off twice, which was frustrating. The food was OK but slow and came wrapped on plastic because flies were a problem. The pool water level was low and appeared more murky than clear/blue. For Ghana, it was a nice place. If you’re used to 4-5 star resorts in the western world, this is not that. The lock also took some getting used to. The blinds in our bathroom were broken so I felt like other rooms could potentially see into my shower if I didn’t stand in a certain place. "
