"Love this place - we wish we had stayed here 2 nights instead of just 1. We got there late so were not able to enjoy the spa. Love the comfy sitting area in each room. The restaurant was fabulous - great dinner and service even though we got there close to closing time. View was nice. Really enjoyed this hotel! Highly recommend!!"

Only hiccup was having to pay Expedia and the hotel due to an unresolved booking issue. I’m sure Expedia will refund me. "it's a very tired house with no real refurbishment in the last 20 years. I suppose that its condition reflects the price but still there should be a minimum of confort. The door is locked by a padlock, no bedtime lights, no power by the desk, the fridge cannot be connected because the socket is different, you can hear the neighbours through the ventialtion system, no soap and shampoo in the bathroom - just a hands liquid soap. "
