"Checked in to what was a room that had been used by someone else and not cleaned. All owner was going to do was change the bed sheets. Awful. There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. We didn’t stay the night because of these things. - also, not convenient for airport of much else. "

In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft. The place is not safe and not comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile.
