The hotel is located in a former, faithfully restored and beautiful Han from the 17th century. The building breathes history and even today you can be transported back in time thanks to the famously designed interior design in the public areas and private rooms. The always professional and very friendly staff, the opportunity to eat delicious food and enjoy breakfast and the direct view of the rock tombs and the castle make a stay in this fantastic hotel an absolute highlight. The city, all sights and museums, the opposite side and all restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Parking is available in the Otopark next door. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation and are very much looking forward to returning one day.

Odalar çok küçük ve konforsuz.

Bina otantik, taş ve tuğla, yeni restore edilmis, giriş, restaurantin oldugu avlu kısmı güzel görünüyor. Otelin onunde park yeri yok. Hemen yanında bir yokuş çıkıp bir ozel otaparka girip aracinizi onun içine park ediyorsunuz.Bavullarinizi ayni yokuştan sizin indirmeniz gerekiyor. Cünkü otelde taşıyacak eleman koymamışlar. Restarasyon sırasında otelin içinde ve odalarda önemli eksikler giderilmemiş. Odalarin bulundugu ikinci kat için asansor eklenmemiş. Merdivenlerin basamaklarının yüzeyi dar ve cok yüksek yapılmış. 23 basamakla 4m yukarıya çıkılıyor. Yardımcı yok, bavullarınızı kendiniz taşıyorsunuz. 50 yaş üstü misafirler için kabus gibi. 10m2 odaya her sey yerleştirilmiş. Double yatağa iki tane yarım matres koymuşlar, üstü oval ve yatarken sürekli araya düşüyorsunuz. Uyumak mümkün değil, banyo çok küçük. Kahvaltı çeşitleri kalitesiz, lezzetli değil. Garsonlar dışında butun çalışanlar umursamaz ve derdinizi anlamak istemiyor. Mudur kendi havasinda. Problemlerin farkinda degilmis gibi davraniyor. Garsonlar 10 saat calisiyor. Sabah kahvaltisindan, aksam servisine kadar ayakta duracak halleri kalmiyor. Yinede güler yüzlüler. Oda servisi ve resepsiyon elemanları eğitimsiz. Sorularınız havada kalıyor. Odalarda, havlular ve carsaflar eski. Yani paranizin karşılığını alamıyorsunuz. Özellikle 50 yaş üstüne tavsiye etmiyorum.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki Sena Hanım çok yardımcı oldu. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, otelin restoranını kesinlikle deneyin. Osmanlı ve yöresel yemekleri lezzetli. 10/10 bir deneyim oldu

Biz asker töreni için çok geç saatte geldik otele. O sıra da farkettik ki odamizin camı tam kapanmıyordu ve asagida da maç yayını vardı, dolayısıyla oda değişikliği mumkun olmadığı için oda da kalmak zorunda uyumaya çalıştık çok verimsizdi, ek olarak tekli yataklar çok küçük ve konforsuzdu. Öyle çalışanlar kahvaltı hersey 4/4lük ama maalesef böyle bir tecrübe yaşadık. Tüm odalar hanın konumundan dolayı yemek alanına baktığı için normalde de restaurant olarak kullanılan yerden odalara çok ses geliyor

Amasya gezisi icin mukemmel konum.Temizlik konusunda hassas olanlar icin memnuniyet verici, ilgi alaka ve kahvalti konusunda ailece kalinacak bir otel.Sabah kahvaltisinda kahve olursa daha mukemmel olacagi kannatindeyim.Yenilenmis konsepti ile hayirli olsun.
