"The staff at this hotel make it what it is. They are all lovely, friendly, efficient and made our stay fantastic. If I return I will stay at this hotel as the team are wonderful. The balcony doors in our room could do with replacement but otherwise the room was great. Pool towels could also be near the pool making it easier for guests. "

Downside was room location, there was very loud music from cultural events playing from the exhibition centre each of the 3 nights, very disappointing as we have a child land we all had problems sleeping before the curfew"
