"Our experience was good. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel arranged for several tours for us. The room was nice and came with a kitchenette. Location on Charles st is good, and the trolley is directly out front. Location isn’t great if you’re just looking to stay in the French quarter. ..."…""Our experience was good. "We were there for a girls trip and I loved that we had plenty of room, TONS of closet space so we could keep our common areas clean. We ate in one night and had leftovers, super nice to be able to have the kitchen. LOVED how roomy and spacious the place was. "The facility was exceptional. It was clean, nicely decorated, secure, and very well stocked. The kitchen came with everything we needed and even included laundry soap and cooking oil.
