Dirty
Toilet ‘s water is yellowish . And there were some hair on the toilet floor. Floor is dirty and dusty , looks like they didn’t vacumn the floor . The room bed has some insects , bitten my husband’s back terribly.

The hotel is located in Ampang business centre where there are grocery, 7-11, guardian, eateries such as mamak, Japanese food, fast food, Chinese food, laundry etc. Good for business trip or visiting purpose as it is very convenient and strategically located. Blackwood cafe is just beside the lobby. Room is clean but very small (not a big deal if you just need to get shower and sleep done there). Basic amenities such as shower gel toothbrush etc included. There is water machine and air purifier located at common area of each floor.

Have stayed here often for work but this was a personal visit. Easy, friendly check in...clean rooms with all you need for a short stay ...great location

The hotel is located in the shopping mall and restaurant. Free and nice parking area, convenient location.

I like the room, so comfortable. And i just dont like about the wifi connection, difficult to login and also to get connection when in the room.

The pros: Hotel is brand new and spectacularly clean. Our check in was also smooth as butter. Love the fact that the hotel is somehow inside a mini tiny mall and everything is within reach. You could buy everything here. The cons: The building is still under renovation. So you can expect to be listening to the tunes of hammering and drilling right beside your room. The front desk could only tell us that they are not aware of any construction work going on. Go for a shower and in less than 5 minutes you'll be able to swim happily in a pool of clogged shower drain. I guess that's why the toilet & shower area is big. You'll also be able to sleep on a brand new bed with the extra feeling of hard spring bumping you up and down. You also will be getting instant coffee packs that will leave you wondering how are you going to mix a hot coffee without an electric kettle. I guess you could use the water from the hot shower, oh wait, it became a pool. In short, I'll be coming here again because of the promo price and location. And just that.
