"Heat and phone did not work in our room. Staff was great and we were given a different room after they were unable to fix the problem. Very apologetic. Just wondering why new heating units were not installed considering the hotel is currently going through a major renovation. We were told the units were refurbished. The heating in our replacement room was better but not great. "

"My family did not stay. rooms were dirty had broken mirrors and exposed wires. You could see makeup on the bedding and toothpaste on the sinks. Due to medical reasons we weren't able to use the pool as they had flickering lights. Do not recommend. "

"The room was terrible neglected. There where stains on the carpet the bathroom is falling apart. Under the bed looks like it hasn't been touched in months maybe years. There was a horrible smell like dumpster juice in the room they had a plug-in but it didn't help. I would of asked for another room but the look of the place I was afraid I would get a worse room. I wish I could get a refund. The beds felt like stone and it was loud "
