"Quiet, clean, and great location. We didn’t visit the bar or have breakfast. My only complaint is I booked a King size bed and we were given 2 queen. The queen beds were much much smaller than my queen bed at home. Those beds were definitely double bed size."

"Old building and carpet, but everything worked well, so no issues. Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet, at least on the backside. Staff was very nice. A/C is good. Breakfast is basic, eggs, sausage, bagels, mini-blue berry muffins, toast, make your own waffles, apples, oranges, yogurt, cream cheese, OJ, Cranberry Juice cocktail, coffee, and tea. Easy parking (free) and good location to stores, restaurants, metro, etc."

"During this visit, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Maintenance fixed it more than once, but the issue kept coming back. I’ve always considered this hotel a good place to stay, which made this experience disappointing. I checked out a day early. What disappointed me most was that despite the inconvenience, the hotel didn’t offer any partial refund or compensation. Problems happen, but customer service and making things right should be a priority."
