For a budget hotel this is fine. It needs a lick of paint and some money spent on it but it’s in a good location, has very friendly staff and the rooms are adequate.

It’s ok for group travellers

Despite the hotel needs a complete upgrade , we enjoyed our stay. Linda, the receptionist was so helpful and super friendly. The staffs managed to find us the fans we asked for as the appartment has only air conditioned in main room. The location is perfect. only 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes uber drive to the square/old town which is super noisy after 10pm! Great for youngsters but not for us 50 or over club 😆 All in all it was a good stay.

Ficamos as 2 noites de estadia sem Wi-Fi. Fizemos reclamação na rececpcao mas sem resolução. Se trata de um hotel antigo, a banheira com fundo todo descascado e entupida. A pia da casa de banho também se encontrava entupida. O cheiro de mofo e de móveis antigos era sentido desde o corredor de entrada até cada quarto. O elevador faz barulhos bem estranhos quando acionado. Toalhas manchadas. As piscinas são razoavelmente boas. O atendimento das recepcionistas foi ótimo, sempre solicitas e educadas. Os funcionários da limpeza e da “manutenção” são de outra etnia e não falam português.

Hotel aqua mars

Séjour de 12 jours. L’arrivée a été compliquée (propreté moyenne, équipements un peu vieux, climatisation en panne au départ et même un cafard dans la première chambre), mais la réceptionniste a été très professionnelle et nous a rapidement relogés dans un appartement plus grand, mieux placé et agréable. L’emplacement est pratique : proche des plages, des restaurants et des activités. À pied, il faut compter 10-15 minutes avec pas mal de pentes, donc prévoir de bonnes chaussures. Avec quelques rénovations et plus d’attention à l’entretien, ce lieu pourrait vraiment être excellent.

Hotel qui normalement ne devrais pas fonctionner et qui est doit être à l’abandon le reste de l’année ! Je pense qu’ils profitent de la période estivale pour engranger un maximum de bénéfices malgres les conditions d’un une étoilée au max ! Malgré tout le personnel fait le maximum pour le rendre le plus propre et habitable qu’il soit. Dommage car le secteur où il se trouve est idéal et les plages merveilleuses.

la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, le frigo reparé apres 1/2 journée d'attente. Une baignoire sale. Hyper bruyant la nuit dehors et dedans. La piscine na aucun entretien et des dechets partout autour de la piscine.

The property is off the beaten path, not close to the beach, restaurants or anything. The property was in poor condition, states toiletries are provided, the only thing provided was soap and toilet paper. No hot water, no notice, and when we came back to the room the second day the door was wide open, "staff was rude, she stated that how would she know that the door was open she doesn't go up to the rooms, when I asked to speak to a manager she said she would send someone up, no one came, I went down the next morning let the front desk know again that no one came and they made arrangements for 9 am, again no one came. Wouldn't recommend and first hotel through expedia that I was extremely disappointed in.

The hotel it self was pretty nice but the staff was shockingly bad. Didnt want to help with anything and extremely rude. The lift was broken the pool wasnt open, there was 1 hair dryer to use between all rooms.

Muito bom para férias relaxadas...

Apartamentos a acusar a idade, mas funcionais, limpeza diária e constante dos espaços , empregados simpáticos e disponíveis. Partilha espaços e serviços com o Balaia plaza mesmo ao lado. Piscinas exteriores agradaveis e relaxantes. Acesso à praia de Santa Eulália via falésia da aldeia dos Pingaretes mesmo ao lado. Existencia de alguns mini mercados ao lado, mas a deslocação ao Intermarché ou outro supermercado do género vale a pena. Não é muito longe da zona animada da Oura.

Boa localização.deixaram nos á vontade,como os preços no Algarve são uma irsorvitancia,foi o que arranjei dentro daquilo que queria gastar.praticam- se preços que para ter serviços de primeira,precisas trabalhar meio ano para desfrutar uma semana.limpeza...muito espaço para pouca mão de obra...
