This was disgusting! The smell when we walked in was one thing and lasted for hours after we left, but nothing compared to the bullet holes in the curtains, blood on the end tables, cockroaches on the walls and lamps, ants in the sink, and bugs Everywhere!! We left almost immediately!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch after our journey. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — with high-quality linens, a plush bed, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. The attention to detail was clear, from the luxurious toiletries to the little chocolates left at turndown service.

I could not stay there and feel safe. I rang the bell 4 times and waited no one came. I am a nurse traveling for work. This hotel has broken doors and windows, signs on the balcony to tresspassers on the property. There were guys in the parking lot seeking drugs out of there cars. Multiple people walking around outside. The hotel was in disrepair....awful i would like a refund of my money.

Booked through Expedia and when I got to hotel the person there said they overbooked and didn’t have a room for me (this was during mandatory evacuation for a hurricane) despite me having a confirmation number and charge for the room. I feel that they were taking advantage of hurricane victims and using it as an excuse to make money. And the hotel itself and area seemed pretty unsafe. Neither Expedia nor the hotel would help me with a refund. All around terrible experience.

Roof and a bed... if that is all you want....

The room looked nothing like the photo. The bed covering had holes and tears, as did the curtains. There was poor publing work in the bathroom where water lines were not near toilet and long hoses were used. The police kept coming by which told me something unlawful was happening on premise. On a positive note, the manager was very friendly.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT STAY HERE

Worst experience of my entire life. Was evacuating due to the hurricane, verified three times we would be late arriving, and the incredibly rude front desk man screamed at us and said he had no rooms. When we said we had a confirmed reservation he said he didn’t give a **** and told us to “get the **** out”. Ended up having to sleep in my car, with two dogs, in a CVS parking lot. This is theft and abuse.
