What a pleasant surprise! When I realised that the hotel, conveniently located for the Lindor/East bus terminal, was in a shopping mall I feared the worst. But it was great! Staff were all very friendly (with impeccable English), room was very large and I had no issues at all. And of course if you want to go shopping you have two malls on your doorstep!

Turn left and walk through them and you'll be in the Square in about 5 mins, turn right and walk 5 mins to the Pyramid, and Kometiti cafe. Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Busy enough area yet peaceful - and away from the maddening crowds. Very safe.
Hotel was exquisite- beautifully decorated inside & outside. Large room- modern & so comfortable- attention to detail - luxury linens/bedding/towels - soft comfortable large bed.
Staff were so friendly & always checking to make sure everything was ok.
