We had a 2 day break, we really enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plenty of it.

When we got to the hotel we were only supplied one door card between 2 people which is an inconvenience. The staff are rude and not helpful. The property is dirty and rooms are not cleaned.This hotel is not capable of being a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money.

Stay far far away from this hellhole. I’ve travelled quite a bit and this is by far the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. I don’t know who or how it is considered a 5 star resort. The place itself is gross and dirty, the food is disgusting and bland and cold, and the staff are some of the worst i’ve ever seen. Our bad experience started off with our flight being cancelled (unrelated to the hotel) so we contacted them a week ahead of time to let them know we would arrive 2 days which they acknowledged and we requested a partial refund- they said we could deal with this upon arrival (which was a complete lie). We booked an airport shuttle to the hotel directly (as expedia advertises on the listing, and the hotel confirmed it). Then we arrived to the airport and no one was there to pick us up and we were left stranded for hours. We had to pay over $100 for a taxi due to the lies of the hotel. Upon check in the girl at the front desk was very sick, sneezing and coughing everywhere and not even wearing a mask.. the room they checked us into had several long hairs in the shower and on the bed- pretty disgusting. As mentioned the food itself sucked, the entertainment was also the worst i’ve ever seen. The dancers didn’t even have half a smile on their faces and looked miserable. While we were on property we confirmed with 2 different reception workers that our partial refund was approved. Now i’m home and they said i’m lying and they won’t refund anything- stay far far away

Skøn ferie med fantastisk udsigt

Vi har været på Diamond Hill flere gange og kommer gerne igen. God service, god mad og hyggelige sidde områder. Vi elsker strandbaren og nyder de rolige omgivelser på stranden, med mulighed for både mad og drikke. Desværre har havet taget noget af området, så det trænger til en istandsættelse så der ikke er afskærmnings bånd flere steder. Musikken i poolen er meget højt, selv om aftenen, den kunne man godt nedjustere 😜 Men om aftenen er der mulighed for at gå i Roofbar og sidde og nyde det.

Det var vores andet besøg på dette hotel. Der er meget der kunne forbedres, så som udvalg af madet. Det er det samme næsten hverdag ikke rigtigt noget varieret. Mangel af 2 personers bord, hvor mange fire og 6 personer bord var optaget af 2 personer kun og dermed mange tomme pladser som ikke kun blive brugt. Få personale kunne forstå engelsk, så kommunikationen var begrænset. Hotellet er fint og det fleste personale var flinke. Der blev gjort rent og skiftet håndklæder på værelset hver dag. Der var ikke så meget underholdning om aften på Hotellet som der har vært sidste år. Værelset er desværre ikke lydtæt så man kan høre alt udefra, det var dog ikke noget vi blev påvirket af, da vi syntes at det er med til at give os den fulde ferie oplevelse. Vi har vært meget glad for Hotellet, men er usikker om vi kommer til at besøge stedet igen næste år.
