There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. "The property is in a great location, less than 5 mins walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and right by a bus stop. It had a terrace and garden, so it was nice to have outdoor space. Our only issue was that the electricity kept tripping. The owner was very responsive and came the first time it happened, then we just flipped the trip switch back ourselves. You couldn’t run the aircon or hot water with anything else as it kept tripping. Apart from this annoyance, I would recommend...

"We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

"Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. "Room was spotless, well appointed and cleaned daily. Towels changed regularly also. Breakfast was repetitive but filling and honest. Happy hour was excellent with some amazing cocktails.
