"The hotel is situated on the side of a hill which offers great panoramic views across the bay. There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. "It pains me to write this as Elivi has been a long time favourite, but so much just wasn't up to standard this year, especially when you consider the price. Our swim up room was perfect and made our stay but other things fell flat, particularly service in all areas. Reception staff uninterested, breakfast staff nonchalant. "Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!"
