"5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. The hotel is a short walk from a small beach and town harbor and near several excellent dining options....

"I believe that this place might appeal to others while might not to someone else. I am in the “not” group. I prefer more modern, updated places and the “old” doesn’t attract me. The host was nice, friendly and served us with a yummy breakfast. The place was clean."

"Our stay at Anaoxs was amazing. The staff are great, as is the property. This is a smaller hotel with 10 rooms, so it was never very crowded at the pool or at breakfast. Very well maintained hotel, everything we could have asked for."

"Property has potential to be a luxurious hotel- beautiful oceanfront property but seems money isn’t put back into it. Pictures are not accurate- especially of bathroom. Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking.
