"Can't regulate the heating A/C system. The room was too cold upon arrival. The front desk called maintenance to adjust the room temperature. After maintenance came, the room was still too cold. Called maintenance again. After maintenance came a second time, the room was still too cold. I turned off the A/C system in order to have the room at a comfortable temperature. This was the only complaint I have. Everything else was five stars."

"The room was Beautiful with a modern flair! The hotel was top tier and a great price for 3 nights! The staff was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Room was huge and amazing ! Shower was grand and hot and relaxing! Bed was so soft and comfy! Bar excellent and breakfast was fancy and tasty! My husband loved our stay here I loved our stay as well! We will definitely stay here again! My husband said it as we were leaving and he barely compliments anything! Until

"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "
