"The staff was excellent. As a group, the nicest staff I have ever experienced. The room was extraordinarily clean. Location was excellent near the cathedral. Lots of motorbikes but with the windows closed not much of an issue. Plus the food in Parma is better than the food where you are including the breakfast at the hotel which was a feast of Sicilian fruits and charcuterie.
