The room they gave me was unkept at the time I checked in. So I requested for another one. Honestly, the second option was way better than the former. But in all of it, I must say that my stay was memorable one and much better compared to that of 2018.

My trip was a wonderful one. There’s no disturbance ones your room is occupied. The only thing I didn’t find appealing was housing keeping duties. I was expecting my room to be tidy every morning upon sunrise. For two nights there was no cleanup done. But the entire services they provided was warm.

There were no water drinking glass in the room, no cupboards, no drawers, no electronic safe, Tea Kittles are rotten completely, Tea, Coffee & Sugar sachets are not sufficient. Must say the Manager of Hotel Ms. Micheal she was extremely helpful.

After cleaning the bathroom, still it stinks always. The beds are very uncomfortable. Internet service is not at par. Every Sunday there is church on 3rd floor, so the noise will make you wake up at 7 in morning. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel. Over all 1 out of 5, one also I am giving to this place is due to good staff.

My nice stay at Paloma
My stay was nice. The hotel was clean and the staff very attentive to your needs. Breakfast could use more variety.
I especially liked your internet service being free.
It is a hidden gem in Accra.

A very decent hotel
The hotel is in a ideal location, very clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast has a good variety and the local area can provide all the delicious Ghanaian cuisines.
Room service prices are steeper, and lack of wifi connections in the room was also a nuisance because the staff could not resolve the issue. But overall a pleasant stay.

A nightmare
I had the shock of my Life when i was told at the Hotel that they can't Honor my bookings with Expedia because they have not received a booking confirmation from Expedia even when i showed them a copy of the email i received from Expedia on my bookings. After many hours with the Hotel staff I had to pay out of pocket for the room.
The Hotel staff where poorly trained and did not know what they where doing when it comes to bookings with Expedia.
Expedia should be carefull with the Hotels they do business with as it cast negative light on them

There is a National power crisis in Ghana but the hotel has a stand by generator that is always switched on within seconds any time the national feed goes off .
our AC are always serviced and are always in good condition except a sudden breakdown which we believe was the case here.
out of several guests who use our rooms, there are little complaints with regard to bed nor comfort.
we however respect his feedback and appreciate him for airing it.
Dårlig. Dirty room and bathroom. Dårlig ventilert.
