We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again and reccommend somewhere else for better customer service. "

"we were in and out for the ed sherin concert. didnt get to use the facilities as had to head home for 9am start at work. The hall way made us feel dirty but it was really just that it needed a paint and refresh. The room itself was fine and no frills but perfect for what we needed. "
