"Bathroom walls need washed badly, they are streaked with various colors of dirt. A used towel was left in our bathroom and a bra was left in our room upon arrival. Phone in room didn’t work, had to use my cell phone to speak with staff. "

"This hotel was essentially a spring break destination for students. Got woken up at 8AM with sound of construction on the floor above us. Staff insisted that it was 5 floors above- essentially gaslighting us. No different accommodation was offered. Ended up checking-out earlier. Terrible experience. "

"air conditioning works, shops around are okay, staff was nice for the most part, depends whose at the desk. i couldnt tell if sheets were clean or washed. towels arent great and there isnt much, just TINY shampoo and conditioner, which i understand for a stay it just was meant for one. "
