"The lady we encountered at check in was lovely. The room however was not great. There were missing tiles in the bathroom, wallpaper in the main area that had been ripped off and not replaced, black/dirty finger prints on the inside of the door, which didn't close tightly. You could lock it but still see light from outside. The plug in the tub didn't work so it filled as you showered. There was no hairdryer. A positive was the bed, it was comfortable."

"Our stay was great, the room was clean. The staff was good. One male staff made me feel a little uncomfortable as he was staring me up and down the whole time I was checking in. The highway was right out our window but it honestly didn’t bother us at all. We didn’t find it very loud. The only minor negative stuff I have to say is we found a piece of glass in the hall way outside the pool door (picked it up and threw it out) and also the taps in the bathroom where set very far back so when washing your hand you get water all over the counter. Overall I would 100% stay here again when we are in Kamloops. "
