"The property is very close to the train stations, so that's a plus. There is no lobby, and the hotel is completely unstaffed. The self-checkin was not very easy to navigate, and if you have a card that does not work, you're out of luck. The listing did not clarify that this hotel does not have a lobby or staff. Also, since no staff at hotel, you cannot leave your bags for the day to go explore. I ended up leaving the city early because I could not leave my luggage at the hotel for the day before catching the train. "

"Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed."

"Inside the place was super nice, clean and spacious. The area outside was dirty, super loud noises coming from the hookah place just outside our window. NO A/C. Could benefit from it, keep the noise out and close the windows."
