"Booked last minute to stay for our anniversary but was not told upon check in that there was no hot water in the hotel and was also told there was nothing they were going to do about it when I asked to speak to a manager. I was told it was to late (9pm) and that I just needed to go to my room and wait until the next day when a maintenance staff member would be available. There was also no hot water the second night and multiple times I asked for a manager to which each time I was told no and nothing was going to be done. "

"I’m from the area so I know my way around but for visitors, this is a great stay that has good prices, it’s in a safe area, and the food was great. I appreciate the staff for being timely everyday in cleaning our rooms and making sure we had fresh towels. I would definitely stay again."
