"Property was in absolute complete disrepair. Floors were greasy, walls were covered in slime and crusty goop. All surfaces were dusty. Missing drawer bedside table, broken drawer hanging off dresser. Arm chair was ripped up. Socks, playdough, comb from previous guests stuffed in the chair. All outlets are rusted through and missing fixtures with wires hanging out of holes in the ceiling. In addition, the property has become a hangout for addicts and unhoused individuals."

"My stay exceeded expectations despite the hotel's older building. The location was excellent, the room and hotel were clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great (though the options varied during the week, I would have liked more variety). Overall, I was very pleased with my stay."

"Former Radisson and Sheraton 4 Points. The switch must be recent because they didn’t have a sign showing it was a Surface Hotel so was a little difficult to confirm we were at the right hotel. Staff were friendly, the rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. They even had two free bottles of water for us. Give yourself extra time for th shuttle. We arranged our shuttle in advance but we still had to wait 15 minutes. And the price can’t be beat. We booked through Expedia and found that we got an Addis $7 charge that wasn’t listed in our reservation. The hotel said it was a booking charge and couldn’t do anything about it. I contacted Expedia and they refunded the $7. It’s not the amount of thst $7 charge that concerned me, it was more th lack of transparency. Anyway Expedia took care id it. All in all, I would stay here again. "

"All the staff were super super friendly and accommodating! I can't say enough nice about them! Our room was very clean. The air conditioner did not cool down properly, and I did inform the gal at the desk when we were checking out about it. I did not say anything while we were there because we were comfortable in our room anyway. You just had to turn it down very low for it to cool at all. The parking was seemed very safe, and there was plenty of it!"
