"Stayed here because of proximity to cruise port, which was very convenient. Room itself was fine but outdated. Hated the sliding barn-door style bathroom which really hindered bathroom privacy, and the lobby bathrooms weren't any better. Claim Jumper next door was a disappointment; had to send back the meal due to poor cooking. Altogether, would stay here for the port convenience but would look elsewhere if I was coming back to San Diego for another reason."

"Had issue with dirty standing water in the tub/shower and engineering could not fix until next morning and then did not complete repair at scheduled time arranged. Due to the delay in repairs we could not shower until late morning and delayed plans we had for our vacation. We were given discount on our room, but not the usual Hilton service we are used to receiving. "
