"The location of this hotel is amazing. The staff are all welcoming. The pool and garden are gorgeous. Our room was large with a great view, despite being in the original side of the hotel it was very quiet. The food was amazing, the five course dinner was filling and an excellent introduction to South Tyrol. The breakfast were delicious with farm fresh eggs and fruit. "

"The Albion Mountain Spa Resprt was absolutely spectacular. Lovely staff from reception to restaurant. The grounds were clean and stunning. Rooms well equipped and beautiful views. "The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. "

"Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. "

"The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "

"Easy to find the hotel,location is ok. Near ortisei within 5min drive. Very clean room and decorate in modern style. Comfort bed. Lots of parking . Staff(Tattya) is very friendly and help us a lot about our travel plan, thank you very much."
