the morning after checkin, there was no hot water in my room. As there is no front desk, I emailed the hotel, but got no response for the full day after multiple emails. I talked to house keeping who texted the management. Hot water was back in the evening, still without any acknowledgment from management.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxie Zürich hotel. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice size and very clean. The decor is very eclectic. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a little outside the city limits however you can easily catch the tram, which is just the next block over. The Italian restaurant which is directly across the street from the hotel was excellent.

Excellent location. Staff members were very helpful. The A/C definitely helped in this hot summer. Will highly recommend.
