"The smart system for check in check out and Smart Control of lights, heating was unavailable throughout the stay The rooms are very small, fine for one person but very tight for two. Overall good "

"Great hotel, just a short, indoor walk into Gatwick terminal - couldn't have been any easier. Hotel was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was also lovely, as were the staff on reception. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again if flying from Gatwick North."

"Great comfortable stay. Staff all helpful and friendly when needed. Did not eat breakfast so cannot comment. Location is great to get around. Only used this hotel for the Brixton Disco Festival. Parking is literally a 3 minute walk, safe and secure. No fridge in room but could be down to booking standard room. Lovely space in room"

"Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were great. I didn’t eat but breakfast looked nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. "

"The staff here were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The actual hotel was at a service station so could be quite noisy at times, but it definitely served its purpose for us personally. The actual things in the hotel were quite dated and old fashioned, the double bed was comfortable, however the double sofa bed was terrible and uncomfortably thin. "We had booked this stay approximately 2 months prior, and spoken to the hotel staff a week prior to attending to add on extras to the room, flowers, champagne etc. No one had mentioned that one area of the hotel was undergoing renovations and there was quite major building work going ahead right next to our room. No one had mentioned the Hot tub in the spa wasn't working either, and had in fact been out of commission for some time, with it expected to be out of commission for several more...

"Very late arrival after flight from abroad. Only 15 mins from Gatwick! Minor issues with night porter over payment at 2am but sorted out in the morning. Large comfy bed and excellent breakfast. "
