"The place was not clean. Our room was very dark and some of the lamp shades were broken. The curtains didn't close completely. I had to hold them shut with one of our items and there were tiny holes in the curtains. I killed a spider in our room and a friend of ours that was staying in the same hotel at the same time killed a roach. When we arrived there was no toilet paper in our bathroom and when we walked downstairs to ask for some the front desk didn't seem surprised by this fact."

"Pool water was warm, staff was friendly, but at check in our room wasnt available and we got stuck into a tiny room, we did get moved the next day but it still was not the deluxe room i booked. "

"We were there for 3 nights and in all that time the maids did not come in and empty the trash or replenish the towels until the afternoon before we left. Complained to the evening manager twice and was blown off - except she did hand me two garbage bags to put our trash in and handed me a set of towels. Was told that because we were there multiple days they probably didn't want to go into the rooms because most people dont like them coming in. Told her we would have put a dont disturb sigh out if that was the case - oh yeah couldn't do that because we didn't have one. Should not be my responsibility to have to put my trash in bags and throw away nor have to fetch towels. The day we arrived we told them that our room was missing the coffee maker and that the light above the beds had burnt out. We never got the coffee maker of the light bulb replaced. Beware of the parking lot - we saw four cars with their windows smashed out. We made sure that everything was taken out of the car each night and even left the door unlocked. Asked to have the general manager contact us but not a single call while we were there or after we left. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY! The bathroom had little bugs all over the sink and the bathtub too. Told them that too but was told that they would let housekeeping know."

"My stay was overall comfortable and enjoyable. There was an elevator that was an inconvenience the whole trip and I’m assuming it will get fixed at some point. As far as the service it was excellent. The hotel could do with cleaner or new rugs, perhaps a new paint job or a deep cleaning of the walls. Overall satisfactory."
