"This looks like a nice hotel from the outside but once you step inside, it’s something else. Very dated with duct tape on the carpet, dim lighting and dirty sofa in room. Front desk staff wouldn’t let my door dash delivery to be brought up to my room. Not what I expect from a nice hotel."

"The hot tub was unusable, it was cloudy and dirty. The pool as well. The hot tub had 8 children in it when we went by the first time, and 9 people, mostly children, at 10 pm. the rest of the motel needs sprucing up in the public areas."
