It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. ..."

"Hotel overall needs maintenance , cleanliness was below expectations . Lifts were smelly , slow and doors often failed to close properly. Air cooling system was broken which left us with poor ventilation in this summer."
